Lauren Ash Morgan is co-founder and artistic director of Speech of Fire, a new theatre company. From 2014 until 2019, she served as the artistic director at Seoul Shakespeare Company. As the Artistic Director for SSC she also served as the company's producer costume/set designer music director, composer and coach for text. However, she mostly directed from within the ensemble of actors in her final year she began her career as a director (and lighting designer) for the SSC's King Lear.
